Serving Kalispell, Whitefish, Big Fork, Columbia Falls and all of the Flathead Valley, Montana!

No time to cook? Don’t like to cook? Hate shopping after a long day? Hate shopping in inclement weather? Have dietary restrictions? Want to eat healthy? If any of the above apply to you, then as a personal chef, I can help you!

I start with a free client assessment, where we discuss any dietary restrictions, food allergies, and your personal culinary preferences. I tailor your service to your unique needs.

On your scheduled cook day, I shop for the freshest and finest ingredients, arrive at your home with my own equipment, prepare all your meals, package, and store them in your refrigerator or freezer for you to enjoy at your convenience. I remove all trash, leaving your kitchen spotless and you with wonderful aromas and more free time.

My services are available weekly, monthly, or just occasionally.

Additionally, I offer:

  • Cooking lessons (including knife handling skills)
  • Food and wine pairing
  • Restaurant consultation and menu planning

About the chef

My career has spanned over 30 years and includes expertise in classical French, Italian and American eclectic, along with exposure to a broad range of other cuisines and medically restricted diets. I have been working as a successful personal chef since 2002.

After graduating from the National Culinary Apprenticeship, I continued working at resorts in San Diego, California. I then honed my skills at restaurants and hotels in Colorado, Nassau Bahamas, New York and Florida. I owned and operated my own restaurant as Executive Chef and proprietor in upstate New York for many years. Along with fine dining, my restaurant did full service catering, private functions including food and wine dinners, and local charitable events. In the years to follow, I went on to work as Food and Beverage Director and Executive Chef at multiple resorts. After 23 years as a professional chef I decided to branch out and offer my services as a personal chef.

In 2018 I relocated my personal chef service from Florida to the Flathead Valley, Montana.

I am an NRA certified food handler and fully insured.
